Terms of service

Last updated 30 August 2026

Agreement

These terms govern use of Vaani by the hospitals, clinics, and doctors in independent practice (each, an "organization") who sign up for a workspace. By creating an account, you're agreeing to them on behalf of your organization.

The service

Vaani is a software platform, not a healthcare provider, and it does not diagnose, prescribe, or alter treatment. It contacts patients on your behalf, using the protocols and scripts your organization writes and approves. Clinical decisions, escalation response, and patient care remain your responsibility as the treating provider.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the patient contact details you provide, for obtaining any consents required to contact patients on the channels you configure, and for the clinical content of the scripts and escalation rules you set up in Vaani.

Fees and billing

Plans are billed as described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. Call minutes and any usage-based charges are metered and billed per the plan you select.

Data and confidentiality

Patient and organization data is handled as described in our privacy notice. We treat everything passing through your workspace as confidential and use it only to provide and improve the service for you.

Termination

You may stop using Vaani at any time by closing your workspace. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if continued use would put patients or the service at risk.

Liability

Vaani is provided as a communication and workflow tool for organizations that remain responsible for their patients' clinical care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time and will update the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions can be sent to legal@vaani.health.
