About Vaani

The voice that carries care from the hospital to the home.

Why we started

A discharged patient rarely disappears because the treatment failed — they disappear because nobody had time to call. The follow-up call, the medication check, the day-before reminder: the care that happens off-site is exactly the care that gets skipped when a clinic is stretched thin. Vaani exists to make that follow-up call every time, for every patient, not just the ones with the loudest complaints.

What we build

Vaani is an AI voice agent, built specifically for healthcare, that calls patients before the visit, reminds them the day before, checks in after discharge, and stays with them through recovery — in Hindi, English, or the Hinglish most urban patients actually speak. It runs on protocols written and signed off by the treating clinician, never diagnoses, and escalates anything that sounds serious to a named person on your team, with a clock on the response.

Underneath the voice sits a proper patient CRM: records, appointments, prescriptions, and every call — recording, transcript, and outcome — searchable in one place. Hospitals, clinics, and independent doctors use it as either a layer on top of their existing system or as the system of record itself.

How we work

Clinical safety comes first, always. Every script and every escalation path is written and approved by the treating provider, not by us. We ship a language only after native speakers have reviewed it against real recordings, including how it pronounces names and Indian drug brands. And we stay close to the hospitals and clinics actually using Vaani day to day — most of what we build started as something a receptionist, nurse, or doctor asked for.

Where we're based

Vaani is built in India, for Indian hospitals, clinics, and independent practices first. Patient data is held in-country, under your own keys, and is never used to train anything outside your own account.
